ENFORCEMENT
Tsubasa may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to credible abuse reports.
PRIVACY
Content is not written to Tsubasa usage history, but operational metadata may be reviewed when investigating security, fraud, or service reliability.
Include request identifiers and a concise description. Do not email API keys, credentials, or unrelated customer content. Use the same contact to request review of a restriction you believe is mistaken.
